Simplified Coding is a non-profit offering accessible and free computer science courses in Greek. Launched in September 2022, its mission is to make learning how to code genuinely enjoyable and easy to understand. I currently lead course development, overseeing the creation of new courses while maintaining high quality standards. I also manage the organisation's financial and legal obligations, supporting the platform's sustainability and growth.
As a Member of the European Youth Parliament, I have contributed to the Committees on Employment and Social Affairs, Artificial Intelligence in a Digital Age, and Civil Liberties, Justice, and Home Affairs. Through my participation, I advocate for stronger civil and digital rights across Europe. Furthermore, I have organised two national sessions in Greece, overseeing food and material management, developing critical thinking, event management, problem-solving, and time management skills.
During my time at Schoolhouse, I tutored over 60 students from more than 20 countries fundamentals of computer science, helping them take their first steps in programming and web development. I have hosted 50 sessions which have received 126 positive ratings by giving learners hands-on experience, helping them craft their first website or command-line application.
